Ishkur’s Guide To Electronic Music version 2.5 provides an in-depth analysis of electronic dance music. Version 3 will be out soon. Ishkur “disclaims” the guide is to entertain before it informs. Ishkur admits he made it all up! Nonetheless, it provides a wide array of samples for your listening pleasure. My personal favorite is Supersonic by Music Instructor. It is listed under Breakbeat -> Hip Hop -> Funky -> Big Beat -> Anthem -> Example #4.
